CHANGE / CANCELLATION OF ORDER

All orders will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

Delivery service will be suspended and re-scheduled in case of No.8 Typhoon or above (black rainstorm signal).

No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers / goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

AFT GALLEY reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate the offer any time without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of AFT GALLEY shall remain final.
PAYMENT

Orders must be fully paid in advance after confirmation. Payment made is non-refundable upon cancellation by the client.

Online Payment can be made in VISA , MASTERCARD, AMEX etc. (powered by STRIPE.

Offline Payment can be made in Bank transfer, FPS, PAYME .Please contact us for bank transfers; payment shall be made within 48 hours after order is confirmed. If payment is not received within the specified time, the order shall automatically be considered cancelled.
